Honesty over hype
We would rather lose a sale than oversell a product. If an item has a dent or a missing box, we say so — and we link to the retail price so you can compare.
Every year, millions of perfectly good products never make it to a customer. We give them a second chance — and pass the savings on to you.
Someone ordered the wrong size. A box got dented in a warehouse. A store bought too much stock for a season that already ended. None of those products are broken but once they come back, retailers cannot sell them as new anymore.
So what happens to them? Too often they get liquidated in bulk, forgotten in a warehouse, or thrown away. That never made sense to us. And that is why BIDLOW exists.
BIDLOW began as a small operation and quickly turned into something bigger: a store built on one simple idea "Premium quality shouldn't always come with a retail price".
We buy customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, and open-box inventory directly from retailers and liquidators. Then we do the part that matters most: we inspect it, sort it, and describe it honestly.
Every product gets a clear condition label — Like New, Used, or Damage — so you know exactly what you are buying before you buy it. No surprises, no fine print.
Then we price it the way it should be priced: up to 80% below retail.
Today, BIDLOW ships brand-name deals to customers across the United States. Our inventory changes constantly — we rarely get the same item twice, which means every visit turns up something new.
We are still growing, still hunting for better deals, and still guided by the same question we started with: why pay retail?
We would rather lose a sale than oversell a product. If an item has a dent or a missing box, we say so — and we link to the retail price so you can compare.
We do not sell replicas or generic knock-offs. Everything we carry is the genuine brand-name product. The only thing that changes is the price.
Every product we resell is one that does not end up in a landfill. Giving returned inventory a second life is simply the right thing to do.
Quality products should not be a luxury. Our customers are families, students, and bargain hunters who refuse to overpay.
New deals are added all the time — and when something is gone, it is usually gone for good.
